Socorro is a Oaxacan cook with a lifetime of experience in the kitchen. Learning primarily from her grandmother, she has been preparing traditional dishes for more than 30 years.
Gerardo is an amateur cook. He has studied gastronomy and received his diploma as a certified guide with emphasis in Oaxacan cooking.
