Our Menu
The class menu represents the gastronomy from all 8 regions of Oaxaca and is rotated weekly. Keep in mind that not all ingredients are available all year round and we have to adjust the menu accordingly. You may request specific dishes if you like and we will add them if possible. Know that some dishes may require more time to prepare than the class allows. Vegetarian meals are definitely a possibilty as long as you let us know in advance.
At La Cocina Oaxaqueña, we see to it that you be immersed fully in the Oaxacan culture from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. In this way, your time at the school will allow you to experience Oaxaca through a very specific and creative lens that not many people that come here get a chance to do.
